Our Method

Goal – System – People

We Set a Goal.

We debate that Goal until we agree on that goal.

We set a system to reach that goal and then we agree on what is the system.

We have people for that goal. People are not machines. People are not perfect. We debate the people until we agree its feasible with the people we have.

 

After a set time, we review.

If Goal is not met, it is because of one of three reasons.

  1. The Goal is Wrong. We are chasing the wrong benchmark, if system and people are good. Outcome: Change the Goal.
  2. The System is bad. If Goal and People are good, system is bad. Outcome: Change the System.
  3. The people are bad. If Goal and System is Good, People is Bad. Outcome: Change the People.
