Conduct Interview with Customers: They will tell you where they are, what they read, what the do and more. You get good answers for your execution paths.
Make Your Interviews/Surveys Long and Thoughtful: Provides alot of data for insight
Educate the Customers and Who the Customer is: You or the product is not the customer. Educate the customer on themselves. Develop benchmarks with unique names so customers can adopt them.
The Boss Micromanages Tactical Execution: You cant delegate this part at all.
