I need a gym.
I need to do some serious fucking lifting.
I miss eating Steak.
I need to eat some steak. Fuck I miss steak. I miss eat thick layers of vegetables with my steak.
I got a one week plan. I am going to have a tonne of vegetables, steak and as much as I can everyday, three times a day. Lots of soft meals. No sugar but heaps of carbs and fiber.
And I am going to hit that Gym.
